DMCA Policy

PulseTV respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and publishers. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which provides a process for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a takedown notice, please send a written communication that includes the following:

Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the material you believe is infringing.
A statement such as:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement such as:
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

Good Faith

Please note that false DMCA claims are punishable under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Only submit claims for content you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.
